My First Night Market!
I want to extend a special thank you to the Mountain Town Market and the Coconino Center for the Arts for hosting such a lovely market and shining a light on local artists. I was surprised to be selected as a vendor and a bit nervous as well but so thankful!
Each market that I have done has been so different, bringing new people to meet and getting to practice how to promote myself and my work. The challenge with a night market is the lighting when it gets dark but after finding some great lights on Amazon that were rechargeable, I was confident it would be enough lighting. And alas, it was!
Thank you to everyone who came to chat with me, look at my art, and show their interest in my books. A special thank you to everyone who purchased a book, a painting, or an art print!
I also did something special and that was to raffle off an original painting with the entry being to register for my newsletter. There were five entries and I can't wait to connect with the winner!
